MEET MIKE MILLER
Mike and his wife Nora have been married for 18 years, have two children, Jack and Katie, and are active members of Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Mike is a proud graduate of the University of Florida, where he attended on a baseball scholarship, and Rollins College, where he earned a Masters in Business Administration.
Mike’s career has included work in both the public and private sector. As Congressional District Director, Mike helped resolve local community and constituent needs. As Development Director for Rollins College, Mike helped to grow the college’s Endowment and scholarship funds. In the private sector, his work has included helping grow a juice company into a $60 million business and several years in finance helping elect Floridians to local and statewide offices. Some of those Central Floridians include Attorney General Bill McCollum, Senator Mel Martinez and Winter Park Mayor Ken Bradley.
Mike has been an advocate for affordable housing for seniors and families as Vice-Chair of Winter Park Housing Authority and continues to protect Central Florida’s history on the Winter Park Historic Preservation Board. Mike has coached local youth baseball and basketball for nearly 20 years and is a proud member of Rotary.
